Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. A $29 fee applies if you give less than 24 hours' notice or miss the appointment.
No-shows
We collect your card details when you sign up so we can hold your spot. Miss your appointment or cancel late and the $29 fee is charged to that card.
Refunds
Paid review appointments ($29) are refundable when cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
