The Process

Book your initial consult
Choose a time that works, same-day, after-hours and weekend slots are available. It's free, around 20 minutes, and you don't need a referral. Share a little about what's going on when you book.
Talk it through with a prescriber
A registered prescriber takes a proper history, your symptoms, goals and what you've already tried. They'll discuss safe, evidence-based options and whether treatment is suitable for you. If it is, you'll get a personalised plan with clear costs and next steps.
Your prescription goes to a pharmacy
If you're prescribed something, your prescriber sends the prescription to a pharmacy that can fill it. The pharmacy dispenses and looks after supply. thc. doesn't sell or post medication, we focus on your care.
Reviews and ongoing support
Your prescriber schedules reviews so your plan keeps working for you, adjusted as your needs change, never "set and forget." Reviews are quick telehealth appointments (around 15 minutes) and you book the next one whenever it suits.
Prefer to be seen in person? Our partner clinic, Centre for Health (C4H), handles face-to-face appointments.
