What actually happens in a thc. telehealth consult
Wondering what you're signing up for? Here's a start-to-finish look at a thc. telehealth consult, no jargon, no surprises.
Before the appointment
When you book, you'll answer a few quick questions about what's going on and create your account. We collect your card details to hold your spot (more on that below), and you'll get a confirmation with everything you need.
Your appointment
At your scheduled time, you'll connect with a registered prescriber by phone or video. They'll take a proper history, your symptoms, what you've tried, your goals, and explain your options in plain English. A first consult runs around 20 minutes and never feels like a conveyor belt.
If treatment is appropriate
Where it's suitable, your prescriber builds a personalised plan and explains the reasoning. If you're prescribed something, the prescription is sent to a pharmacy that can fill it, the pharmacy handles supply. We'll also tell you exactly what the clinic service costs before anything goes ahead.
After your consult
You'll have clear next steps and a sense of when to review. Reviews are quick telehealth catch-ups (around 15 minutes) so your plan keeps working for you.
The no-show bit
Because appointment times are reserved just for you, a $29 fee applies if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. That's it, no other catches.
